Following a successful career in professional rugby league, Paul transitioned into business ownership, establishing and operating companies within the hospitality sector before founding a fireplace manufacturing and showroom business. In 2017, he co-founded LPS Personnel Solutions and brings strong commercial leadership and entrepreneurial insight to the organisation. Paul specialises in supplying high-quality candidates to construction and facilities management clients, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and the development of long-term, trusted relationships.

Lisa Brigg MCIPD
Lisa is a highly accomplished Director with over 25 years’ experience in recruitment and workforce solutions, having held senior leadership roles within market-leading organisations including Adecco and Acacium Group. She brings extensive expertise across recruitment, workforce management, and organisational transformation, and is a proven leader within the sector.

Her career spans Divisional Operations and Group-level Director roles, with responsibility for Risk Management, Compliance, and Human Resources within highly regulated healthcare staffing environments. Lisa has worked closely with NHS and private sector organisations, providing strategic leadership in complex operational settings.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Lisa has successfully led strategic initiatives focused on sustaining profitability, improving productivity, and strengthening operational performance. She is known for combining strong commercial acumen with a people-centred leadership approach.
